Beth (L) & her fiancee Kayla

In addition to her work as hired-gun creator of images, Beth is one-half of the wedding photography duo of Something Cerulean.

Beth’s currently working on a project she calls “Make Something Every Day,” which is exactly what it sounds like; each day she creates something that didn’t exist before, be it a photograph, a blog, or a delicious meal.

She lives in a loft in Bushwick with her fiancee Kayla, a musician & fellow artist, and their five cats (who are unemployed freeloaders.) In her spare time, she sculpts, sews and builds things.

A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.
